 "If you don't know the limits, if you don't know the borders, then you don't know what the freedom is. If you have nothing which is challenging you in life, then there is nothing you can get better in. Nothing in this world is permanent. Everything is changing. So you need to learn and embrace change. Change will come if you want it or not. The faster you are able to adapt to change the less problems you will have".
