Are You a Leader or a Manager?

What Are the Key Differences Between Manager and Leader? George Kohlrieser, Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at IMD, explained during an event some years ago.

"If you are not inspiring you are not leading. Never confuse good management with good leadership. Leadership is about inspiring. If you are not developing talent, you are not leading. Management is about getting the job done. Leadership is about developing the talents around you, finding them and then developing them to become part. what leader also has to do is drive teams. We need others, we need teams and we need to build those teams. Leaders are driving change. How many of you are dealing with change?  Grow means change. You are either changing and growing or you're dying".
